Dr. Tales Vicari Pascini – Founder & CEO

Dr. Pascini is a scientist, strategist, and leader with a passion for advancing global health. Holding a PhD in Molecular Life Sciences and certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), he has more than 17 years of experience leading multinational research programs and consulting initiatives valued at over $25M.

Throughout his career, he has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and collaborated with leading organizations including the NIH, DoD, and academic institutions worldwide. At VecBio, he combines his scientific expertise and project management skills to pioneer solutions that are both innovative and impactful.
